Four things we do.All of them end in working software.

Find the one that sounds like your situation. If none of them do, book the call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and who else might.

You describe the business. We handle everything it takes to turn that into software people can log into and pay for: how it looks, how it works, the accounts, the payments, and getting it online.

You do not need to hire developers, manage them, or learn what any of it means. You get working software you can see every week, and one person who answers your messages.

This is what we did for Key Advisory — they came to us with an advisory business and nothing built. Their platform runs their firm today.

First we watch how the work actually gets done today. Then we build software that does the repeating part: reading invoices, sorting incoming leads, moving data between the tools you already pay for, building the same report every Monday.

The cases the software cannot judge on its own get handed to a person, with the reason attached — so nothing is silently guessed at, and nobody has to check its work by default.

You can try a real one before you talk to us. Our automation console runs a live invoice workflow, and every number on the page is calculated from the actual run.

01Reading invoices, forms, and documents automatically
02Sorting and scoring incoming leads
03Reports that build and send themselves
04Connecting tools that do not talk to each other
05Anything unclear routed to a person, with the reason

An assistant that actually does the job rather than just chatting about it: it answers the customer, looks up the order, screens the applicant, or reads the contract and pulls out what matters.

We set the limits on what it is allowed to do on its own, and everything outside those limits goes to a person. You get a dashboard showing what it did, what it decided, and where it stopped — so you can check it rather than trust it.

You can watch four of ours run before you ever book a call. Each one plays back a real recorded session, not a demo video.

01Answers from your documents, not from guesswork
02Works where your customers already are — web, WhatsApp, Slack, email
03Clear limits on what it can decide alone
04Anything uncertain handed to a person
05A dashboard showing what it did and why

You already have software and a team. You do not need it rebuilt — you need specific things added: search that understands what people mean, answers pulled from your own documents, recommendations, or a step in your product that currently needs a person.

We start by telling you which ideas are worth doing and which are not. Then we build only those, in a way that fits your existing code rather than sitting awkwardly beside it.

If your team wants to own it afterwards, we hand it over properly — documented, explained, and yours.

01Search that understands meaning, not just keywords
02Answers pulled from your own documents
03Recommendations based on what your users do
04Built to fit your existing code, not replace it

API & Microservices · Source available · v1.0.0

A WhatsApp webhook that survives being killed mid-delivery.

Meta sends the same message twice, in a shape nobody wants to parse, to a URL anyone can find. This sits in front of your app and turns all of that into one clean event.

The recording is a real run: a forged request rejected, a duplicate dropped, then the delivery process killed mid-flight and the event picked up by another one. Nothing lost.

06Pricing

No packages. A real number on the first call.

The price depends on how much there is to build. Most projects land between $2,000 and $25,000 — a small automation sits at the bottom of that range, a full product with logins, payments, and an admin area sits nearer the top. Work out roughly where yours sits below, then bring it to the call.

01What are you building?
02What does it need?
03How much is already decided?

The normal starting point. Most projects begin here.

Your estimate

$6,000–$8,500

7–9 weeks·from kickoff to live

How the 7 weeks go

  • Wk 1Scope — A written list of what it will do, what it costs, and when it lands.
  • Wk 2Design — You see the screens before anyone writes the code behind them.
  • Wk 3–6Build — A link to the real thing, running, every week.
  • Wk 7Launch — Live, monitored, and yours — with the admin access to run it.

What you get

  • The public site and the logged-in product
  • Design, build, and launch
  • Hosting, backups, and monitoring
  • Customer accounts and permissions

An estimate, not a quote — it moves once we hear the actual problem. Bring it to the call and you will leave with a real number, whether you hire us or not.
