01The challenge

The client needed a complete digital platform for their advisory business: a public product, a gated client surface, and the infrastructure to run it — with no existing codebase, no in-house engineers, and a hard launch expectation. The harder problem was structural. The firm serves two opposed audiences — premium homebuyers on one side, mandate and channel-partner firms on the other — and the entire proposition rests on never representing both in the same room. That separation had to be legible in the product, not just stated in the copy.

02The approach

We ran our full studio process: discovery to pin down the actual workflows, an architecture blueprint before a line of product code, then weekly build sprints with demos the client could react to. One team owned everything — design, frontend, backend, and deployment.

03The outcome

A production platform, live at keyadvisory.in, running the client’s business today. The public practice is live, and behind it sits a working multi-tenant back office: an admin console that provisions modules per firm, three analytics dashboards, and PDF reporting the firm can put in front of a developer. From first conversation to shipped product, everything was built by this studio.

04What we built

9 systems, one product.

(01)

A two-sided practice, kept separate

Consultancy for operators and Realty for buyers run as distinct verticals with their own pages, language, and entry points — so the firm’s core promise of never sitting on both sides is structural, not a disclaimer.

(02)

Micromarket intelligence model

Baner-Balewadi, Wakad, Tathawade, Punawale, and Ravet are modelled as distinct data sets with their own coordinates and behaviour, because absorption pace and pricing live at micromarket level, not city level.

(03)

Buyer-side advisory funnel

A path built to slow the decision down — brief before shortlist, advice before recommendation — positioned explicitly against the brochure-led sale it replaces.

(04)

Operator systems consulting

The consultancy surface sells a system, not a service: inventory classification, pricing logic, and escalation curves that protect margin across a whole project rather than optimising for the easy early closures.

(05)

Self-classifying enquiry

A single contact form that asks which side of the market you are on — homebuyer, CP firm, or mandate agency — so every enquiry lands already routed to the right vertical.

(06)

Mandate Command Center

A live project read-out for the firm’s clients — buildings, unit mix, mandate-sellable inventory, absorption, booked value, commission earned, and launch-versus-realised PSF, held read-only so the firm stays the single source of truth.

(07)

Pricing Dashboard

A five-step pricing model: ingest a Liases Foras quarterly export, set micromarket parameters, weigh competitors, profile the buyer against velocity, and finish on a defensible launch-rate recommendation.

(08)

Feasibility Dashboard

Go/no-go scoring before a mandate is signed — financial health, onboarding safety, and net margin against threshold, with risk deep dive, scenario analysis, and a BD checklist behind an approval and sign-off step.

(09)

Per-client module entitlements

The admin console provisions each firm individually: modules activated or paused one at a time, scoped to specific micromarkets with an access period, and an activity log recording what changed.

Screens from the live product.

The two verticals of the practice
One practice, two sides of the market — Consultancy for operators, Realty for buyers, never both in the same room.
Consultancy vertical for mandate firms
Consultancy — inventory classification, pricing logic, and escalation curves for mandate and channel-partner firms.
Realty vertical for homebuyers
Realty — buyer-side advisory, framed against what a broker structurally cannot offer.
About the firm
The firm’s origin and standard of judgment, given the same weight as the service pages.
Qualified enquiry form
One form, one purpose — self-classifying by homebuyer, CP firm, or mandate agency so enquiries arrive pre-routed.
Secure client portal sign-in
The gated client portal. Every private route redirects here unauthenticated — no client surface is reachable without a session.
Admin console listing mandate client firms and their module access
Admin console — every mandate firm on record, with each analytics module activated or paused per client and scoped to their micromarkets.
Client portal home showing entitled modules
What a client firm sees on sign-in: only the modules they are entitled to, scoped to their micromarkets and access period.
Mandate Command Center project overview
Mandate Command Center — inventory snapshot, financials, pricing intelligence, and configuration mix for a live project, read-only and managed by the firm.
Pricing Dashboard micromarket input step
Pricing Dashboard — a five-step model that ingests a Liases Foras export, reads buyer profile against velocity, and ends in a launch-rate recommendation.
Feasibility Dashboard showing a NO GO verdict with risk scoring
Feasibility Dashboard — go/no-go scoring across financial health, onboarding safety, and net margin. Here it returns NO GO, with the reasons stated.
