DeviAI
About

A small studio,on purpose.

One team, a handful of projects a year, and no layers between you and the person writing the code.

01The founder

Built by Hari.

I started Devi AI because I was tired of watching founders get burned by mediocre development — big promises, bloated teams, and software that dies in a handoff document.

I’ve been writing code since I was 14. Full-stack engineering, AI systems, cloud architecture — but what actually drives me is the transformation: watching an idea become a product that a real business runs on. That’s what happened with keyadvisory.in — a platform we took from zero to production, end to end.

I bring a founder’s mindset to every engagement: business models, unit economics, and competitive moats — not just code. And the studio stays lean by design. No project managers, no layers. The person you talk to is the person who builds.

02Philosophy
(01)

You talk to the builder

There is no sales rep, no account manager, and no handover to a junior team after you sign. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.

(02)

You see it working every week

From week two, you get a link to the real thing running. If something is wrong you say so that week, while it is still cheap to change.

(03)

We take few projects

A handful a year, not twenty. It is the only way one small team can stay on your project properly instead of rotating through it.

03The name

Devi — Sanskrit for goddess. In Hindu philosophy, Devi is Shakti: the creative force that turns the abstract into the tangible.

That’s the job, more or less. Someone describes a business that only exists in their head, and we turn it into software their customers can actually use.

04What we stand for

We tell you the awkward thing

Including when your idea needs work, or when you should not build it at all. This site labels which of our own projects are finished and which are not.

You own everything

The code, the accounts, the hosting — all in your name from day one. If you want to leave, you can, and nothing breaks.

We measure what you measure

Not lines of code. Revenue, customers, and hours your team gets back.

We stay after launch

Monitoring, fixing, improving — on a monthly arrangement you can end whenever you want. Or we hand it to your team, documented properly.
