01The challenge

Journaling is the discipline every serious trader is told to keep and almost nobody sustains. Manual entry after a session is friction at exactly the wrong moment, and a spreadsheet full of fills stores history without ever explaining it. The product had to remove the logging effort entirely — on a phone, in seconds — and then do something with that data a spreadsheet never could.

02The approach

We built the capture path first, because a journal nobody fills is worthless: an OCR pipeline that lifts entries, exits, P&L, and timestamps straight out of a TradingView or broker screenshot. On top of it sits the analysis layer — a pattern engine reading across the full trade history, psychology tags that attach intent to each position, and an LLM digest that turns a week of activity into one specific, testable experiment. One React Native codebase, designed mobile-first for both stores.

03Where it stands

In active development. The capture pipeline and insight engine are built and working; we’re now hardening the native iOS and Android builds ahead of store submission. The marketing site is live — the apps are the current sprint.

04What we built

6 systems, one product.

(01)

Screenshot auto-import

Drop in a TradingView, ThinkOrSwim, or broker screenshot and the OCR pipeline lifts entry, exit, P&L, and timestamp into a structured trade. The journal fills itself.

(02)

Pattern detection at scale

The engine reads across thousands of trades to surface what actually prints — and the habits quietly giving it back. No queries, no pivot tables.

(03)

Psychology tagging

FOMO, revenge, conviction, A+ setup, rule break. Tagged by hand or inferred by the model, so the record holds intent alongside the numbers.

(04)

Sunday AI debrief

A weekly digest of what worked, what cost money, and one specific experiment to run next week. The loop that turns a log into a practice.

(05)

Live AI feed

Pattern, Edge, Timing, Suggest, Insight, and Risk notifications delivered as the trade history grows — insight that arrives instead of waiting to be looked for.

(06)

Owned, portable, private

Encrypted at rest, never sold, never used for public model training, and exportable to CSV at any time. The record belongs to the trader.
